The Board of Directors is composed of ex-officio senior military officers .The Chairman of the Board is a serving Major General of Bangladesh Army, who is also the chairman of Sena Kalyan Sangstha.  All the shares of the company is owned by Sena Kalyan Sangstha, which is regarded as one of the viable business organizations in Bangladesh. The chief of Army staff is the Chairman of the Board of Trustee.
